PIONEER PRODUCTIONS IS DEDICATED TO ILLUMINATING THE HUMAN EXPERIENCE THROUGH COMPELLING STORYTELLING, INNOVATIVE PERFORMANCES, AND INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT.  WE STRIVE TO PROVOKE THOUGHT, EVOKE EMOTION, AND INSPIRE CHANGE THAT CELEBRATES DIVERSITY, EMPATHY AND THE TRANSFORMATIVE POWER OF THE ARTS.  Incorporated in 2003 as a NJ 501c-3 nonprofit theater company by founding members Dan Vissers, Shanna Levine Phelps, and Jon Mantes, our company has produced live theater at different venues throughout New Jersey. In 2022, we planted roots in Morristown through a long-term partnership with The Morristown Methodist Church (aka The Stage at Fellowship Hall).  We produce 2-3 main stage shows per season, along with our signature New Play Reading Series at the Morristown and Morris Township Library.
