Shanna Levine-Phelps

Shanna is the Executive Director and co-founder of Pioneer Productions Company.  For over 30 years Shanna has been involved in the theater doing everything from acting and singing to running costumes and directing. Shanna earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University and has studied with various vocal coaches in the NY/NJ area.

Recent Pioneer directorial credits include RENT (2025), Godspell (2024), and God of Carnage (2022).  Shanna recently performed as M'Lynn in Steel Magnolias, and as a featured soloist in Songs for a New World in 2023.
